30 Quotes to Motivate

I love sticky notes. They are stuck on the corners of mirrors and picture frames and cabinet doors and even my phone. Sometimes, I scribble reminders on them -- do laundry, field trip permission slip, meditate today! Most often, the notes are reminders of sage words I want to read so often that they first become a part of my daily routine and next imprint themselves on my mind and way of being.

As I look at this new calendar, page through the months and schedules on my phone, plan out my goals and dream both big and small for the days in the year ahead, I am reminded of which words I need most to help push me forward, prepare and be patient. Whether your plan is to eat more home-cooked comfort meals, drop a few pounds, read many more books, unplug, ramp up, change jobs, have a child, love deeper, walk away, all of that or something entirely different, perhaps these bits of sticky-note wisdom will help keep you moving on your path.
