Simple Sun-Kissed Summer Makeup

Summer is a great time of year to embrace simple, yet pretty makeup. It is all about emphasizing a great complexion and having a little fun, too. Here is a quick routine that is sure to get you glowing at the office and all those summer get-togethers.

1. Start with a great tinted moisturizer or BB cream to even out complexion and protect your skin. Try one that is half a shade deeper than your natural shade. Especially if you shun the sun, you still want to LOOK like you spent the weekend basking, just be sure to blend over your jawline.

2. Add a peachy bronze cream blush. Apply with fingers to the apples of your cheeks and blend into hairline.

3. Apply a creamy bronze eyeshadow on your lids and lightly blend into the crease. Then pick a jewel-toned eye pencil (I love teal or vibrant purples), and draw a thin line across your upper lash line and smudge slightly. Top with two coats of a lengthening mascara.

4. Pick a shimmery peachy pink lip gloss and apply sparingly. Skip the lip pencil all together to look fresh and modern.
