Ditch the Diet Mind 30 Day Challenge Twitter Party

Are food rules taking over your enjoyment of food? Is excessive weighing ruining your day? Do you look in the mirror and think body-bashing thoughts?  Or maybe you’re an expert who helps people ditch diets. I’d love to have you participate and share your knowledge and motivation and learn from others.

Join me on Twitter for a live chat focused on changing the conversation of why we should ditch the diet mentality and focus on wellbeing. This Twitter party is a compliment to my 30-Day Self Care Challenge, but is open to everyone. New to Twitter parties?

  1. Make sure you have a Twitter account and handle. Sign up here:www.Twitter.com.
  2. Choose a platform where you can see only the tweets for the Ditch the Diet Mind 30 Day Challenge Chat. My favorite is www.TweetChat.com
  3. All you do is login with your Twitter account and enter the hashtag #SelfCareChallenge in the search box. You should see only the tweets with that hashtag.
  4. Sign on a few minutes before the chat starts on Feb 3rd (8 p.m. ET, 5 p.m. Pacific).
  5. Participate by tweeting messages, replying to others on the chat, sending “re-tweets” etc.
