The Boston Marathon bombing has affected the many. How do people heal? Do we all cope in different ways? As a psychotherapist I have observed many through the years react to whatever their particular life crisis is. It is within the process of trying to cope when tragedy strikes, as a mental health/wellness and human behavior expert that I aim to help people to cope with and heal in a healthy manner.

FOX 25 News Boston’s anchor Sorboni Banerjee interviewed me where I shared my view that there are 4 main coping styles. I invite you to view this interview and consider; what is your coping style to the tragedy of the Boston Marathon bombing? What is your coping style to whatever crisis/trauma/tragedy has affected you in your life?
