The Boston Marathon bombing has affected the many. How do people heal? Do we all cope in different ways? As a psychotherapist I have observed many through the years react to whatever their particular life crisis is. It is within the process of trying to cope when tragedy strikes, as a mental health/wellness and human behavior expert that I aim to help people to cope with and heal in a healthy manner.
