Are You Ready To Get Off The Couch?

How many times have you looked at a picture to remind yourself of a goal  and yet still failed to take a step toward that objective? ( I have done this tons of times as I have reinvented myself or worked toward a new personal goal.)  What has  helped me to accomplish my new goals is to remind myself that change is a process and that it takes time.  While I love having a picture in front of me of what I really want, it has been more important to me early in the goal process to write down why I want this change in my life.  Writing down my reason for going to the gym somehow motivates me so much more than the bikini picture.  So the next time you are struggling with getting motivated to get started try this and share your results with us.
