How will you be kind to yourself today?

Moms are great at being kind to everyone else and often forget to practice what they preach when it comes to themselves.

This week, I want to challenge you to make time to do something kind for yourself everyday.  You might decide to finally start reading that book you’ve been wanting to pick up for the last few months or you might choose to take that exercise class.  We want to hear from you each day about how you are practicing personal random acts of kindness.
